This product is absolutely stunning, we had a slight damage in transit so I messaged the owner who straight away got back to me and offered to send a replacement for the damaged item that arrived days later! The customer service is absolutely great and the product is stunning!

I rarely write reviews, however this product is absolutely beautiful and I received such an exceptional customer service I wanted to share. I ordered this as a last minute mothers day gift for my mom from all the grandkids. Thomas went over and beyond to personalise it and ensure it arrived on time. I made a mistake on one of the dates (this was entirely my fault) and he was more than happy to help. He sent me a replacement quickly with clear instructions on how to remove and replace it. The wood is excellent quality, the lettering is neat and the S hooks make it look much more expensive than others I've seen elsewhere. The plaque feels like it will be long lasting and is brilliant value for money. The best part is being able to easily add an unlimited amount of names as more children are born. I'd 100% recommend this shop.
