About Us

Welcome to Forth Craft & Designs, a small family-run handmade laser and craft business based in Bo'ness, Scotland.

We began as a work-from-home venture for Jenny, alongside our busy family life. What started with handmade rings sold on Facebook and eBay in 2017, then Etsy in 2018, gradually grew into something much bigger.

In 2019, we bought our first small desktop laser for engraving pens and soon realised the potential of having larger machines in our workshop. After plenty of research, we invested in the equipment we use today and built the business around products we genuinely enjoy making.

Bo'ness has always been home to us. It sits on the banks of the River Forth, just upriver from the Forth Rail Bridge, and it has been a wonderful place to raise our family. We love the character of the town, its history and its local landmarks, from the Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway and the Hippodrome to the Antonine Wall and the town's links to James Watt and the steam engine.

We have been married since 2003 and share our home with our three girls and our dogs, Bella and Binx. Like any family, we've had our share of ups and downs, but we are very proud of what we have built together.

Between our shops, we have served thousands of happy customers, and we always do our best to go the extra mile. Customer satisfaction matters to us, and we hope you can find something here that brings a smile to your home or makes a thoughtful personalised gift for someone else.
